Susan Mann is the former CEO of Education Services Australia, a company owned by all Australian Education Ministers that focuses on technology provision and service support for the Australian education and training sector. She plays a key role in the conceptualization and implementation of Australian national ICT policy.
From 2001-2009, Susan led the Learning Federation, an Australian and New Zealand government initiative involving collaboration with a range of content producers to create digital content, distribution architecture and content development standards for schools. Her recent work has involved linking this digital content directly to the new online Australian national curriculum and working with content providers to enable greater access by Australian students and teachers to more diverse digital content offerings.
Susan’s key interest is the transformative potential of information and communication technologies for teaching and learning.
